Processing & Fulfillment
All iPhone cases are custom-made to order. Processing time typically takes 2-5 business days before the item is shipped. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Times & Rates
Shipping times vary based on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

- United States: 3-5 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via major carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on the destination and shipping method.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated shipping window, please check your tracking number for updates. If your package is lost in transit, contact our customer support at thatssomercurial@gmail.com, and we will work to resolve the issue.

Address Issues & Undeliverable Packages
Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

RETURNS

Returns & Exchanges
Since all iPhone cases are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement.

Return Policy
We accept returns only for defective or incorrect items. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at thatssomercurial@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your item. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. Refunds or replacements will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.
